Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Bokeh Creatives regarding updates, appointment reminders, promotions, and other important communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will confirm your unsubscribe via SMS and you will no longer receive messages from us. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at portraits@bokehcreatives.com or 916.232.2424.

SMS opt-in data is stored only as long as required for compliance purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as payment processors, printing labs, and email service providers), provided they agree to keep your information confidential.

We may use third-party service providers to facilitate certain functions, such as payment processing or analytics. However, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of our Text Message services.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal requirements. SMS opt-in data is stored only as long as required for compliance purposes.

Cookies, Advertising & Analytics

We use the Meta Pixel (also known as the Facebook Pixel), a piece of code from Meta Platforms, Inc. (which operates Facebook and Instagram). The Meta Pixel collects information about your visit to our website — including pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers — and shares that information with Meta so that we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising and reach people who are likely interested in our services. Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), this activity is considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can control tracking by adjusting your browser cookie settings, using browser privacy features such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) — which we honor as a valid opt-out signal for California residents — or managing your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences directly with Meta.

Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) browser signals in a standardized way, but we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as described above.

We use these photographs only for the purposes described in this policy — delivering the artwork you have selected or purchased, and (unless you opt out in writing) marketing and portfolio display as described in “Image Usage” above. We do not use facial-recognition technology on your photographs and we do not sell your photographs or share them with third parties for their own independent purposes. California residents may request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information as described in “Your California Privacy Rights” below.

Your Rights & Choices

Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:

• Opt out of receiving marketing communications by following the instructions in our messages (reply STOP to SMS, use the unsubscribe link in emails)

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the following rights:

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share limited information with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through the Meta Pixel for cross-context behavioral advertising, which qualifies as “sharing” under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). To opt out of this sharing:
