By placing an order, the client authorizes Bokeh Creatives Portrait Studio to begin work on the artwork specified. Because each piece is a custom commission produced for the client's family, orders cannot be changed or canceled for any reason once production has begun.
All artwork is 100% guaranteed to meet the client's full satisfaction. If a finished piece does not meet the client's highest standards of quality, we will make any correction necessary until the client is thrilled — or we will offer a new portrait session plus $1,000 of additional credit at no cost.
By placing an order, the client agrees that Bokeh Creatives Portrait Studio may reproduce, publish, display, and otherwise use the photographs and story-related information from the session for instructional, print product, or marketing purposes.
Any artwork purchased from Bokeh Creatives Portrait Studio without a frame includes no warranty, and the client is advised to be diligent when hiring an outside framer or completing the framing themselves.
Any artwork purchased from Bokeh Creatives Portrait Studio with a Bokeh-supplied frame includes a lifetime warranty against defect.
Artwork will be delivered to the address provided at the ordering appointment, within 14 weeks of that appointment, subject to any delays from artwork proofing, revision requests, or approvals on the client's end if requested by the studio.
