You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
To initiate a replacement, please send photographs of the item to portraits@bokehcreatives.com. Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no cost immediately.
There is no option for cancellations or returning products for a refund. All purchases are final. Replacements are the sole remedy offered.
All finished artwork delivered ready to hang includes a lifetime manufacturer's defect warranty. Framing by Bokeh Creatives is covered; outside framing carries no warranty.
