Participation in any Bokeh Creatives portrait project does not require a purchase. Purchasing will not increase your chances of selection.
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older and have not received a gifted session from Bokeh Creatives in the past 18 months.
Selected participants must respond within five (5) days of notification or their spot may be forfeited.
Winners receive a complimentary portrait session and specified gifted artwork. Framing is not included. Digital files are not included unless part of a purchased collection.
A refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit holds both your portrait session and ordering appointment, and is refunded at your ordering session.
We require at least nine (9) days notice to reschedule. Rescheduling with less than nine days notice or arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeiture of deposit. If you cancel, the deposit will be forfeited and donated to a local shelter.
Portrait artwork ranges from $500 to $30,000. Custom artwork is delivered within 16 weeks of your ordering appointment. All session purchases are final and non-cancelable. Framing by Bokeh Creatives includes a lifetime warranty; outside framing carries no warranty.
All purchasing decisions are made at your ordering appointment. Please ensure all decision makers are present, as we do not have a budget for follow-up meetings.
By participating, you grant Bokeh Creatives permission to use your name, likeness, and images for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.
Bokeh Creatives will not sell or share any personal information provided during the entry or booking process.
Bokeh Creatives is not liable for losses arising from participation, including technical failures or administrative errors.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and Placer County. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration via the American Arbitration Association in Placer County, California.

These terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior communications. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.
